CHECK-IN TIME

Check-In time is after 3:00pm. Early check-in is at the discretion of the hotel and is based on the availability of your room. Please call the hotel or ask the Front Desk staff when you arrive.

 

CHECK-OUT TIME

If the hotel is fully booked it is unlikely that the hotel will offer you the late check-out option. Please request the hotel Front Desk to keep your luggage until your departure (after having checked out before 11:00am) if you really need the room, the final option is to pay for an entire additional night based on availability.

AIR CONDITIONING

Individual controls are located on the unit in your room on the air conditioner itself. Please adjust them to your comfort. You will find two controls on your unit: a thermostat to set the room temperature and a fan control with three speeds (high, medium, and low).

LOST & FOUND

The hotel has a lost and found section which is part of our Housekeeping Department. In line with local regulations, non-valuable lost and found items will be stored for a period of one month and after which, the items will be discarded. Valuable items are handed over to the local police authorities after a period of six months.

Hacienda de Leal is 100% non-smoking. Should anyone smoke in your nonsmoking guest room during your stay, an additional USD $250.00 charge will be applied to your account for the cost of purification. Take one of our bikes for a quick ride, or walk the 10 minutes to discover this charming downtown.
